At Daydream Events by Shawna Pacheco, our mission is to create unforgettable wedding experiences that reflect the unique love stories of each couple. We believe that every detail matters and strive to make your special day seamless and stress-free.
Exceptional wedding planning does not have to cost a fortune.

Day of Wedding Coordination - 60 days prior to wedding date, we help with final detail organization and full day of coordinator service. We help with décor set up, timeline management, and décor clean up.

Partial Wedding Planning - Best package to work as a team and take care of your planning stress free.. Monthly meetings. Professional planning advise to help guide you along the way. I will help you get your checklist completed. Manage your budget, vendor contracts, wedding design assistance, rentals, seating chart, printing, and full day of coordination.

Full Wedding Planning - We will take your wedding vision, and make it a reality. Leave the planning to the professionals. Securing the venue, accommodations, transportation, vendor contracts, aisle planning, rentals, and wedding design. Correspondence with the team and full wedding management. $7950.00 +
Services Offered
Officiant Services - I am a California and Nevada Ordained Minister. Look no further, I can help plan you wedding planning, and marry you as well. $600.00
Staffing - Bartender/Servers -Mobile bar insured - Private Estate Wedding, backyard, or park wedding. We can fully staff your wedding or event for a seamless wedding or event day.
Beverage Station and Coffee Stations - $6.00 per person
Photobooth - Yes, the fun starts here. Polaroid photobooth and Self Server Photobooth. 25 fun and unique props. 2 Camera's and 80 pictures. $600 - Add on available
Event Planning - Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Bridal Parties. We can help with all of your event planning needs. Whatever the occasion. We are here for you. $150. HR

She helped us bring together all the final details leading up to the big day and kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. From the planning stages to the rehearsal to the wedding day itself, Shawna went above and beyond to make things as easy and stress-free as possible for us. On the day of the wedding, I wasn’t feeling well, and Shawna didn’t miss a beat—she ran to my hotel room to grab my medicine and noticed when I hadn’t eaten dinner. She made sure food and ginger ale were waiting for me in our room that night. Her attention to detail, kindness, and calm presence made all the difference. I can’t imagine our day without her and would recommend Shawna to anyone looking for a planner who truly cares and delivers in every way.

Shawna was very organized and helpful throughout the planning process and was always quick to respond. We planned our wedding from out of state so she was very helpful in picking up various items and dropping them off on her way in and out of South Lake Tahoe during our wedding week. We were extremely impressed with all of her vendor recommendations and her bartenders and staff were equally impressive. Our wedding was completely stress free and she kept everything on time and organized. We would highly recommend Shawna if you are getting married in the Reno-Tahoe area! We really got to know her well and will certain miss chatting and catching up every month.

I've taken way too long to write this because we are in married bliss :).... THANK YOU SHAWNA for everything you did to make our day magical and one to never forget! I am sure many read about the tragic events that happened on the lake on 6/21/25, that was our wedding day. The day was so unexpected and unsure, however, after the insane storms that rolled through... Shawna and her assistant made the wedding of my dreams come true. They decided to postpone the ceremony by 30 min, the sky cleared, and it was like nothing ever happened. They put together the most beautiful ceremony and reception, making sure my husband and I were fed and happy :). We had met Shawna years before, but instantly knew she was the one to coordinate this day when she moved to the area and established her business. Daydream events is extremely responsive, can adapt to the needs of the couple, and will make your wedding daydreams come true!!

They helped arrange our large bridal party at the rehearsal, which was extremely helpful! There are so many things we would have never thought about, but Shawna and Lisa made them happen & went above and beyond to ensure the day went perfectly! So grateful they were there to help with setting up at the beginning of the day and packing up at the end of the night. So many things would have been missed without their help! Cannot recommend Daydream Events enough!!!!!
